2. Accounts

3. Subscription and Payments

Praktes offers subscription plans that provide access to premium features. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the subscription fees indicated for your selected plan. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods.

We reserve the right to change our subscription fees at any time. If we change our fees, we will provide notice of the change on the website or via email at least 30 days before the change takes effect.

4. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period for our subscription plans. At the end of the trial period, your account will automatically be charged the applicable subscription fee unless you cancel before the trial ends.

You may be required to provide payment information to start a free trial. We will not charge your payment method until the free trial period ends.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Praktes and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Praktes.

6. User Content

Our Service allows you to create and store practice routines, notes, and other content ("User Content"). You retain all rights to your User Content, and you are responsible for your User Content.

By posting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, and display your User Content in connection with providing and improving the Service.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may use our Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service:

In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
To transmit any material that is defamatory, obscene, or offensive
To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Praktes, a Praktes employee, or another user
To engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service

In no event shall Praktes, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
Any content obtained from the Service
Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
